BBB 24: Davi says he wants to have a son to ‘teach the boy how to be macho’

A few hours before the BBB 24 final, Davi had a speech identified as sexist and was criticized by internet users on the web. In conversation with Isabelle and Matteus, he said that he would not like to have daughters, as he has specific plans for his sons.

The trio of finalists were cooking, when Isabelle praised Davi’s skills in the kitchen and said that his brother was a “master chef”. Matteus, agreeing, commented: “Imagine when you have children.” David replied: “I hope a woman doesn’t come, I hope a man comes.”

“I want to have a son. Teach the boy to be a man”, added the Bahian. The phrase was criticized by internet users, such as X user Dudu Guimarães, who compared Davi to the former president: “Who said that phrase: Jair Bolsonaro or Davi from BBB?”.

However, other internet users point out that Isabelle and Matteus notice Davi’s problematic behavior and know that their brother can be a winner because of him. “Matteus and Isa were uncomfortable and they weren’t even able to open their mouths and speak. That’s why Davi will be champion,” wrote one user. “Both of them there in silence, aware of why they reached the final”, commented another. Watch.
