Actress Maitê Proença, 66, was one of the guests on Que História É Essa, Porchat? (GNT) and recalled a somewhat unusual moment. According to her, a vibrator caused a huge faux pas with a friend of hers during Christmas dinner.
On a trip out of the country, the actress stopped by a sex shop and bought a penis-shaped vibrator. Enthusiastic about one in particular, she decided to take it. Out of embarrassment, she didn’t even open the box for fear of being caught by airport customs.
Once in Brazil, she says she realized that the rubber penis was too big for her. “You know, I’m a small person. I couldn’t do it,” she said, laughing. Therefore, she decided to store it in a well-hidden closet. A cleaning lady found the object and advised her to donate it to someone, since she didn’t use it and saying that keeping things she doesn’t use would bring bad luck even in her sex life.
It was then that Maitê wrapped the “little used” vibrator, put it in a large box and sent it as a gift to a friend with a card written: “your Christmas turkey”, without telling her beforehand. The friend was recently married. Her and her husband’s families would meet during the Christmas celebration.
“She, in all that confusion [de Natal]didn’t even look [o presente] and left it somewhere. The husband had bought a dog.
