Bianca Andrade decided to postpone the official launch of the makeup brand Boca Rosa, which was scheduled for next Thursday (10). The influencer, who will launch her own beauty line on the market, held a pre-launch live and received a large number of complaints from the first customers.
On social media, many influencers linked to the beauty world tested Boca Rosa products in review videos. The plurality of shades of stick foundation (a palette of 50 shades was launched) was highly praised. The quality of the packaging and blushes, however, was the main reason for complaints.
In a statement made by Bianca, the brand’s creator, the team said that the official launch was postponed: “We were surprised by a defect in the packaging of some of the sticks. We immediately visited our manufacturer to understand what happened and they promised to solve it.” The launch date should be announced again, after adjustments have been made.
The statement also says that dissatisfied customers will be able to receive a refund: “We will undertake to refund the value of products that arrived damaged, subject to analysis by the Customer Service Department and in accordance with our return policy.” It also provides instructions for the service.
“Our Boca Rosa makeup brand’s true purpose is to bring quality, practicality and diversity to the Brazilian market. We are fully committed to offering the best experience for our consumers,” she promises.
