Thommy Schiavo, actor from ‘Pantanal’ who died, began a love story behind the scenes of the soap opera

Thommy Schiavo, who plays Zoinho in “Pantanal” (2022), on Globo, lived a great love story that began behind the scenes of the soap opera that made him famous. It was there that he met his current wife, makeup artist Angra Monaliza.

The story began during the filming period in Mato Grosso. Angra was part of the soap opera’s makeup team. They both fell in love with each other, and a few months later, they began a relationship.

From dating, the relationship evolved into a marriage at the end of 2022. Soon after, the two began to form a family. In June 2023, Lara, Thommy’s only daughter, was born.

The actor celebrated the baby’s birth by posting a photo holding his daughter’s hand. “She’s already clinging to daddy’s finger. I love you! Thank you for choosing us,” he wrote in the caption.

Thommy Schiavo died after an accidental fall from a two-story building in Cuiabá, according to the city’s Special Homicide and Personal Protection Unit (DHPP).

“I’m still in shock, trying to process all of this,” Lima wrote on his Instagram. “He gave me the catchphrase of one of my most beloved characters. Wow! How sad,” commented actor Alexandre Nero on the post.

In “Pantanal”, Zoinho was the romantic partner of Zaquieu, played by Silvero Pereira. The actors kissed in the last chapter of the soap opera, during a party on the farm.

In addition to “Pantanal” (2022), Thommy Schiavo participated in the soap operas “Paradise”, “Written in the Stars”, “Cordel Encantado”, “Gabriela”, “The Web”, “Empire”, “Beyond Time” and “Mirror of Life”.
