Vassilis Dalkafoukis started from Messinia and as a teenager was considered one of the great talents.

He started at AO Diavolitsiou, then played for three years at Ayantas Kalamatas and then moved to Atromitos Athens (K17 – K20) and also to the men’s team.

He also played for AO Loutraki during the 3rd National Team (on loan from Atromitos). In the 2019-2020 season he wore the jersey of Apollon Kalamata where he scored 11 goals. However, a serious injury put an end to his professional career and somewhere there, while still playing football, he decided to pursue his other great love, singing.

And that’s how Vassilis Dalkafoukis at the age of 27 found himself at his Blind Auditions The Voice Of Greece. He chose to sing “My Athens” by Konstantinos Argyros, but unfortunately he didn’t manage to make a chair turn with Panos Mouzourakis telling him with plenty of humor that he didn’t turn because he has issues with Argyros from the previous The Voice…
