How do you experience your pregnancy period?
I am experiencing it strangely. Because these feelings are unprecedented. It is both fear and excitement, longing and ignorance. I try to balance all these feelings. They are new emotions, and I feel strongly the sense of responsibility I bring. From now on until it is born and then. I also feel anxious about how everyone else is seeing it. How they treat it. Because a thick is forbidden to exist in general, according to others, let alone a thick that is pregnant.

Did you receive negative comments when you published your pregnancy?
And I accepted and continue to accept. But I want to emphasize that I am very grateful for all the positives because I focus there. But it goes without saying that the negatives are too many and they are not just critical, they are full of evil. “Don’t eat anymore. What are you trying to do? Kill your child” are some of them. Such comments can be seen if they get under my posts. Most of the way I leave there to see others and remember that unfortunately our world is.
As an ambassador of “Be You” you have visited schools to talk about bullying. What was the strongest moment when you experienced these visits?
I am very proud to be and I am an ambassador to “Be You”. We went to schools in Attica along with the action “Be You” against Bullying, to inform the phenomenon to students and teachers. It is very important to touch bullying in schools. Although it all starts with the family, school is the first part you come into contact with other people. What has remained very highly engraved in my mind is the need for children to talk about the bullying they have accepted. Whether within their family, in the school environment or in the park, anywhere. The main reason this happens I believe is the parents who have not received help beforehand. That is, it is a vicious circle.
Parents who have not even accepted themselves so how do they understand how something is happening with the child? They make a picture in their minds how good parents are. You have to listen to your child, you have to listen to the kids around him. So the main subject will always be parents. It’s easy to say how social media is to blame. But social is simply the indication of what exists. That is, the fact that someone enters the social and easily finds you is the reflection of what is there and in the family where a parent will easily talk about someone else and hear the little kid and adopt this and think it is normal.

Did you help social media communicate some messages you wanted both to accept the body and for bullying?
Naturally. And I think there is always a positive side on social media, which is understood that no one is discussing it. We have always learned to put responsibility on social. It’s all to blame. I will say that they helped me speak openly. Social media has given people who needed it to talk but also to listen, identify, and perhaps say “I am not the only one who feels strange in this world” you are associated with many people who need to connect.

You have many roles in your career, actress, stand-up comedian, plus-size model, influencer. What role does you express you the most?
I love that I do in my life. There have been times when I have done things that obviously and I was not very pleased, I didn’t like it. I stopped doing it.
My goal is to be a human being above all. And because a man will make mistakes, he will do the right thing, he will try to evolve, he will try to do what he loves. But my profession is an actor, that’s what I’ve studied, that’s what I wanted to follow. At the same time, in order to live, I have to do and do other things. So yes, and influencing is good. The plus-size modeling I did some had misinterpreted.

Do you think how Plus-size modeling, have we accepted it in Greece or is there still a road?
We are very wary. We try to be more open with this issue but perhaps in the wrong way. Perhaps, in a way that the other receives that we want to force him to be thick. There are people who are different pounds, many pounds, a few pounds, too many pounds. There are many and different in our society.
So, and show something like plus size modeling is nice. It is not acceptable because unfortunately we are taking small steps. We are more interested in judging what we see rather than asking why it exists. Body positivity is a movement that has been around for years. All this is done to know how it doesn’t matter and not have a middle ring. You have to have your health and feel good. The body positivity movement is not just for people with pounds. It is for people who have motor difficulties, or people who are different from what we have in mind. It is easy to say, “Don’t pay attention, it’s fashionable now. Don’t even try to understand what this thing is. Don’t adopt it because it’s fashionable.” But I hope in a change. And hope dies last! ‘We have a way in front of us but we will succeed.
The series “DYGA” has gone viral on YouTube and Tiktok. What do you think made her so successful?
It’s the fourth year that I am actively involved with YouTube and I do it because I love it. Success may be due to the world coming to the show. We have worked with great care. And if someone sits and sees the Hold on a Second that was from our first series or whatever we have done, the Yummy My Yummy we’ve tasted with different foods, we had a very nice audience that followed us, they saw it, they loved it. Later came the ‘underwriting’ with guests who gave me some of their glow.
I will ask you about the viral snapshot by Big Brother, “Who Eat My Banan”. Ever expecting it to be so big so trend and viral?
At that moment, I was living it. Because someone had really taken my banana and I really got nervous that they didn’t tell me who got it. It was all spontaneous and authentic. And yet, to this day where I go, they tell me about this snapshot, they give me a banana many times. I’m glad I can offer joy through it.
How do you feel about returning Big Brother?
I look forward to Big Brother with great eagerness. I’ll see it, of course. And I would say to the world that has free time and wants to see it, to see it without remorse. See it, enjoy it. I received all the good that the game gave me. Even the negative comments I received, I learned how to deal with them and not affect me.
If you had to give an advice to someone who is fighting with their confidence, what would it be?
To truly understand himself. To love him very much and to know how he is not responsible for how he sees him. Confidence begins there when you have accepted yourself. There is no compromise with ourselves. There is acceptance. I have accepted that I am tall, I have accepted that I am short. And when we say about acceptance, we mainly talk about how we feel. Because many times we think that self -confidence depends on whether you are as you want externally and do not deal with us. So when you accept yourself you will love you too!
