The defense attorney spoke about a plot set up by the 32-year-old friend of the minor, with the aim of removing her from the house where she lives with her father and grandmother, in order to stay with him.
The minor girl complained that her father on Monday, while he was in the kitchen of the house where they live, approached her with the zipper of his pants open and put his hand on her underwear and caressed his whit in front of the girl.
The 16-year-old also complained earlier this month that the 43-year-old grabbed her breast and then stroked his genitals, but because the offense was off the road the case is being handled, according to the regular procedure.
Following the complaint of the minor girl, her 43-year-old father was arrested and after being prosecuted by the prosecutor of the service for domestic insult of sexual dignity, he was taken to the Autophorous Single-Member Criminal Court, but asked for a deadline to prepare his apology today.
At the same time, a social investigation is underway, at the initiative of the Prosecutor’s Office.
The accused is divorced and lives with his daughter and mother (who also has custody of the minor) in a village of Almyros and was willing to leave the house where he lives, so as not to come into contact with the girl. He said he could stay at his brother’s house in Farsala.
However, the district attorney proposed and the Court accepted, to keep his detention until he is tried today in Autophoros.
