Arrested was judged after his confession to the investigator o 29 years oldwho last Thursday afternoon shot and killed his ex-wife’s 75-year-old father in her Astrochori Artas. The alleged perpetrator is accused of attempted murder and illegal carrying and use of weapons.
His stay with the investigator lasted 2.5 hours. He reportedly appeared repentant and claimed that it was not his intention to kill his father-in-law. Everything happened in the yard of his ex-wife’s family home, in front of their two-year-old child, last Thursday in Astrohori, Arta. After shooting his father-in-law 4 times, the 29-year-old disappeared in his car. Two days later he called from Dafnoula in Evrytania to the Arta Police in order to surrender.
