According to information from the website eviathema.gr, a 23-year-old woman was having fun with friends at an event in a hotel in Eretria in Evia when a compatriot who works as an animator at the said hotel offered to help her, when she became dizzy after consuming a quantity of alcohol and drove her in the room where he was staying in the same hotel and he tried to rape her.
The girl put up a strong resistance according to the information while eraise the voices calling for help. An employee of the same hotel was near the room and when he heard the voices he broke the door and entered while the young lady freed herself from the hands of the animator and went out to the balcony he jumped into the void while in confusion .
As a result of the fall, the 23-year-old was injured, while she was immediately transferred to the Chalkida Hospital in a critical condition.
The animator was arrested and is expected to be brought to the Prosecutor’s Office of Chalkida, while the French authorities have already been informed about the incident.
