Thessaloniki: The 38-year-old accused of indecency at the expense of two girls is in prison

He was remanded in custody after his apology to the Thessaloniki investigator the 38-year-old who was arrested in Kymina, Thessalonikifollowing a complaint that he committed lewd acts against two minor girls, including his niece.

The defendant denied the charge of sexual acts with a minor, serially, claiming that the complaint is false. He reportedly claimed that he was involved in retaliation for allegedly having an argument with the father of a minor. However, he was not convinced by his claim and with the agreement of the prosecutor and investigator, he went to prison.

As the police had announced, the 38-year-old was a guest at his sister’s house and in the early hours of Monday he entered the room where his 13-year-old niece and her 12-year-old cousin were sleeping, performing sexual acts against the latter. He, in the middle of last month, is accused of entering the 13-year-old’s bedroom again, performing lewd acts against her as well.
