She claims that she had notified her ex-husband about this, however when she got there she described to the police that he attacked her by cursing her and grabbing her by the hair. Then he even grabbed her by the neck to choke her. And all this in front of the eyes of their minor child.
He even submitted a medical note from the Lamia Hospital where he went for tests.
On the other hand, the 45-year-old who was arrested by police officers of the Lamia Immediate Action Department the same night in the context of the car accident, claims that he was not notified by his ex-wife that she would be moving to his house and was surprised when he saw her moving the furniture.
In fact, she states that she insulted him by provoking him, however, although he moved to grab her by the neck, he restrained himself and let her collect her things.
The case was adjourned until Wednesday, September 21, and until then the 45-year-old man was released.
