How to make it:
- Sauté the minced meat in the oil for about 7 minutes.
- Add the garlic, chili and 2 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger.
- Lower the heat and pour in 2 tablespoons of lime juice and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Let it simmer for another 5-7 minutes and add a few spoonfuls of hot water if needed.
- Lightly stir in 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger, and brown sugar.
- Serve in bowls with steamed rice, diced cucumber, onion, cilantro and mint.
