In his home, as the website dete.gr writes, the perpetrator had properly configured a space in which he had installed equipment with a transformer, a lamp and other accessories for the illegal cultivation of five one-meter-high cannabis seedlings, which were uprooted and confiscated, as well as a package containing raw cannabis weighing ten grams.

Apart from these, however, two operational bows and 15 archery arrows, a hunting rifle, a hunting knife and two wireless transceivers with which it appears that he was monitoring the intercoms of EL.AS were confiscated from the residence of the perpetrator. Thus, the prosecutor of Protodiki Halkidiki prosecuted him for cultivation and possession of drugs, illegal possession of weapons and violation of communications law.
