The entire “arsenal” in a laboratory warehouse of the Technical University of Athens in the area of ​​Zografou, was found in an investigation conducted by the police.

Crowbars, Molotov cocktails, sledgehammers, incendiary devices, saws, firecrackers and other items were found in the warehouse.

From the State Security Sub-Directorate of the Attica Security Directorate, in the context of appropriate utilization of information, a police operation was carried out in the afternoon today, Wednesday, November 2, 2022, in a warehouse of the National Technical University of Athens in Zografou.

From the investigation in the specific area, in total, the following were found and seized:

8 Molotov cocktails,
17 improvised incendiary devices,
8 wooden sticks,
8 blacksmiths,
3 sledgehammers,
2 hammers,
2 canopies,
4 saws,
barrel,
flamethrower and
angle wheel.

A relevant case file was created, while the confiscated evidence will be sent to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations for examination.
