According to the case file, it is alleged that he got in touch with the 12-year-old from Colonos through an online application and met with her at least 3 times in the Sepoli area where he raped her.
It is recalled that the 43-year-old had voluntarily presented himself to the minor and testified under oath that he had spoken to the minor but had never met her.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, the other two arrested will also take the road to the courts of the former Evelpidon school the 35-year-old and the 39-year-old to apologize.
