For Crete, the deputy minister said that within a week the first aid digital platform (arogi.gov.gr) was opened for submitting requests.
In the last three years alone, more than 55 million euros have been allocated to businesses affected by natural disasters (final grant, advance payment or first aid), the Deputy Minister to the Prime Minister told SKAI and Giorgos Autias Christos Triandopoulos.
“The North Evia and Samos Pass was an innovative tool. The initial budget was 6 million euros. Without income criteria, with the vouchers we gave incentives to the citizens of the whole country to visit the two areas that needed support, with a direct benefit for the professionals through the POS” explained the deputy minister.
For Crete (Siteia and Agia Pelagia) Mr. Triandopoulos said that within a week the digital platform of first aid (arogi.gov.gr) was opened for submitting requests. Already 176 affected businesses submitted an application, and from Monday, Tuesday the first payments begin. For several of our fellow citizens who did not have time to submit their first request, Mr. Triandopoulos clarified that he will re-open the platform for them to take the first action after a recommendation to the relevant ministers.
