Three of them were sentenced to pre-trial detention, while the fourth had not reached the age of 15 for a few days
This morning, four of the six minors accused in the case of sexual and psychological violence against a 15-year-old boy crossed the threshold of the Juvenile Investigator.
According to the APE-MPE, three of the four minor defendants were sentenced to pre-trial detention, while the fourth, who had not reached the age of 15, was released due to his age with restrictive conditions, which were defined as a mandatory appearance at regular intervals at the Police Department of his area of residence , as well as being monitored by a social worker.
The remaining two defendants asked for a new deadline to plead on Tuesday, which was granted as they agreed to be held for an extra day beyond the deadline for holding them without a plea.
By apologizing, the 15-year-old students allegedly accepted part of the actions attributed to them, without accepting that they raped the boy who accused them.
According to information, the minors allegedly referred to sexual acts without the use of violence or threats which they allegedly claimed were done “in the context of sexual experimentation” and stating that “the roles were reversed.”
