In the last few days, the Ministry of Development and Investments’ e-mail address (kataggelies.mindev.gov.gr) has been operating on a pilot basis, for consumer complaints relating to the operation of the market. The website which aims to function in addition to the four-digit telephone number 1520in order for consumers to make their complaints, is expected to be presented next week, as the Deputy Minister of Development and Investments, Nikos Papathanasis, said, speaking to ERT.
Consumers can already visit the website kataggelies.mindev.gov.gr and report, either named or anonymously, phenomena of counterfeiting, profiteering, violation of competition, cases of refusal to return a defective product and in general cases that consider their interests to be affected.
