The 16-year-old B high school student who attends the 2nd EPAL has serious fractures in his lower jaw and has been hospitalized at the KAT since 16/1/2023 when the incident occurred.
In particular, an adult out-of-school person, aged 22, caught the conversation with the unsuspecting 16-year-old student, distracted him and then a minor student of the 1st EPAL punched and kicked the 2nd EPAL student from behind.
The incident happened during break time and while the student was heading from the 2nd EPAL to the 1st because he had a lesson in the laboratories.
After the attack, the 16-year-old was lying covered in blood in the courtyard. The parents complain about the complete indifference of the teaching teachers, who did not show due attention, did not treat the child, did not offer him first aid, did not inform the parents, did not take him to a hospital and did not punish the other student for the beating , nor did they notify the police of the presence of an extracurricular in their school.
The 16-year-old’s mother was informed about the incident by the child himself, she called the school to find out what was happening and they told her to come back later…, as she complains.
His father rushed to the school as fast as he could, saw the child covered in blood and in pain and took him with his car to the Corinth Hospital.
The doctors treated and provided first aid to the student, but after a diagnostic and radiological examination, it was deemed necessary to transfer the child to the KAT hospital in Athens.
The student is expected to undergo surgery tomorrow, January 19, 2023, and have blades placed in his jaw to repair the damage caused by the beating.

The student who attacked was in a relationship with a girl and was jealous, the parents say, because the 16-year-old was her friend.
The Director of the 1st EPAL stated to Loutrakiblog.gr that the incident took place outside the courtyard, the incident did indeed occur, the parents were informed, as he said, who picked up their children from school and he did not want to make any other statements.
The Director of the 2nd EPAL declared to Loutrakiblog.gr that she does not know about the incident (!!) nor can she make any statements, who referred us to the Director of the Corinthian School of Education.
We contacted but the Manager was absent due to illness. According to the information, the Director was informed about the incident, but not about its seriousness!
The parents of the 16-year-old student contacted the police and a lawsuit was filed against everyone responsible.
