The competent prosecutor ordered the arrest of the parents of the 4-year-old boy, whose leg was crushed by their car in Evia, for negligent bodily harm and exposing a minor to risk of life.
The police proceeded to arrest the father, who was however released a short time later.
The mother was not arrested, as she is in Athens, by the side of her son, who is being treated at the Children’s Hospital, where he underwent surgery on his leg.

In particular, the wheel of the vehicle seems to have dragged the child down, causing the car to literally run over his entire leg.
Shocked parents of the boy as soon as they saw the incident immediately ran to the child to see what had happened.
According to information from evima.gr, the seriously injured child was rushed to a hospital in Athens, where, as it became known, he underwent surgery to repair the injury to his leg.
