Critical conclusions about the causes and those responsible for the tragic accident in Tempi include, according to judicial sources, the findings of the judicial experts, which have already been handed over to the investigative authorities.

According to the report of Ioanna Mandrou, the two judicial experts, appointed by the head of the Larissa Prosecutor’s Office, Apostolos Tzamali, they delivered since yesterday in the hands of the investigator the multi-page report that includes critical elements.

At the same time, investigative actions are ongoing and, unexpectedly, new criminal charges may be brought today.

The investigative procedures have progressed for the attribution of criminal responsibilities at this stage, to inspector who put the unfit and inexperienced station master on night shifts, while investigations are already turning to station master of the previous shift who was supposed to be at his post until 11 and left earlier.
