With a unanimous decision of the Plenum of Appeals of Larissa, two appellants were appointed to take over the investigations into the tragedy of Tempe that has shocked everyone.

It’s about him Sotiris Bakaini as a regular investigator with a deputy Sophia Lymberiadou.

The plenary session was convened at the initiative of the Head of the Appellate Prosecutor’s Office Stamatis Daskalopoulos, who supervises all the investigations into the tragic accident, due to the major seriousness of the case which has caused a pan-Hellenic shock.

Mr. Daskalopoulos during the Plenary, according to information, argued for the need to appoint experienced judicial officials for the investigations into the fatal accident.

The Plenary, reportedly attended by the senior judges currently serving in Larissa and the appellants appointed to further investigate the case, reportedly, is one of the best with experience and legal training.

However, according to estimates from judicial sources, the investigator of the first degree (Court of First Instance) who handled the interrogations to date, successfully proceeded with the investigations at a rapid pace and in depth.
