According to ELAS, the accused went to a store selling and repairing electronic devices in Nice and handed over a mobile phone for repair, which he claimed belonged to a relative.

Then, another man came to the store who stated that he is the owner of the mobile in question, which it had been stolen from his possession and pinpointed its location through a geolocation system.

After proving with the necessary evidence that the mobile phone is his, the theft of which he had not declared to the authorities, the store employee handed it over to him.

The accused went to the store again and when he found that the mobile phone had been handed over to its owner, insulted the clerk and threatened him with a grenade.
