Temporary prisoners were judged, after their apologies to the 1st ordinary investigator of Thessalonikithe three minors who are accused of robbing a 54-year-old teacher, outside a Lyceum, in Kordelio, grabbing his gold chain with the cross and the wedding ring.

The three minors (15, 16 and 17 years old), of which two Greeks and one Albanian, are jointly prosecuted for robbery, while it seems that they have occupied the prosecuting authorities in the past.

In their apologies, the 15-year-old reportedly said he was lured by the other two, the 17-year-old denied any involvement in the incident and the 16-year-old reportedly partially accepted the act.

The investigator and the prosecutor unanimously decided on their pre-trial detention and taken to youth detention facilities until their trial.

According to the case file, the incident happened at noon on Monday. The three minors initially approached the 54-year-old, high school vice-principal, and his other three colleagues, who were outside the school yard. Initially they asked them what time the school break is, while after a while and as the 54-year-old was going to buy cigarettes from a nearby convenience store, he was attacked with fists and robbed. By chance, OPKE policemen were passing by, and they helped the teacher to get up, offering him first aid. Police searches followed which led to the arrest of the three minors.

The 36-year-old uncle of the foreigner was arrested for the same case because the cross was found in his possession. He was referred to be tried in the Criminal Court for receiving proceeds of crime.
