Buying and selling real estate becomes even easier and takes less time after the decision signed by the Minister of Digital Governance Dimitris Papastergiou, according to which a series of online services are added to the Land Register and the Digital Real Estate File system that save time and money for citizens and notaries.
According to the ministerial decision, the following are connected to the system:
-The granting of a Tax Awareness Certificate for the needs of the real estate file
– Insurance Information from EFKA
– The e-Transfer from the Greek Land Registry
-The electronic building identity
-The real estate data from Property Register and Leases/Data for Digital Real Estate File from AADE
-The service of sending SMS messages
-Tax register information from AADE
– The details of police identity cards
– Demographic Urban Status certificates
-The Citizens contact register
-Auth 2.0 User authentication
