Payments in detail
A total of 2,339,829,597 euros will be paid to 4,194,373 beneficiaries, from February 26 to March 1, 2024, as part of the scheduled payments of the e-EFKA and the Public Employment Service (DYPA).
In particular, as stated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in its announcement:
1. The e-EFKA will make the following payments, as part of the organization’s regular payments:
– from February 26 to March 1, 2024, 18,600,000 euros will be paid to 860 beneficiaries following the issuance of one-off decisions,
– on February 26, 2024, main and auxiliary pensions for the month of March 2024 will be paid (1,115,390,512 euros to 2,366,582 beneficiaries),
– on February 28, 2024, main and auxiliary pensions for the month of March 2024 will be paid (1,134,339,085 euros to 1,741,031 beneficiaries) and
– on February 29, 2024, the advance payments of pensioners of Law 4778/21 of March 2024 (5,000,000 euros to 14,500 beneficiaries) will be paid.
2. DYPA will pay:
– 19 million euros to 34,000 beneficiaries for unemployment benefits and other benefits,
– 19 million euros to 19,000 beneficiaries in the context of subsidized employment programs,
– 1.5 million euros to 200 beneficiaries for programs of a public interest nature,
– 17 million euros to 200 beneficiaries of the “My Home” program and
– 10 million euros to 18,000 mothers for subsidized maternity leave.
