Four large hospitals of Attica they start immediately afternoon surgeries. The table was posted by the 1st Health Region (HPE).
“Recently, the 1st Ministry of Health informed us about the progress of the NHS Reform with the afternoon surgeries in the Hospitals under its responsibility. I will post all the relevant information for the citizens to be properly informed. I sincerely thank the surgical teams for their trust”, states the Minister of Health Adonis Georgiadis in his post.

The 4 major Hospitals are:
“The Evangelism”: 2 surgical banks for 2 days a week.
Estimated number of incidents 30.
Cases concern: General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT and Maxillofacial Surgery.
“G. Gennimatas”: 4 surgical banks for 2 days a week, for incidents involving: General Surgery, Urology, Plastic, ENT, Vascular Surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery, University and State Ophthalmology, Orthopedics and Neurosurgery.
KAT: 3 surgical banks for 2 days a week, for cases involving: General Surgery, Sports Injuries, Microsurgery, Orthopedics, Scoliosis and Spine, Vascular Surgery, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Maxillofacial and Thoracic Surgery.
“Salvation”: 1 surgical bank for 1 day a week, for cases involving: General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery and ENT.
