It appears that 5 of the 6 police officers serving in the Agios Anargyro police station in the framework of sworn administrative examination according to the SKAI report. These are the police officers who are being checked for omissions and slights that contributed to Sunday’s murder outside the specific police Department. In their memos they appear to justify their actions, deny any responsibility and in some cases shift the blame to other colleagues. Characteristically, when the 22-year-old duty officer was asked why she did not inform her commander, she stated that she had informed the supervisor and the deputy commander of the police department, that is, that she had actually informed the West Attica Police Department at a higher level.

The 6th police officer who remains to write his memorandum, i.e. his written explanations, is the 28-year-old telephone operator of the Immediate Action who said on Sunday that the “police car is not a taxi” and listened to her murder live.

It is noted that all the audited have received sick leave. Then, the person conducting the EDE will draw up the conclusion, will propose the relevant penalties unless there are crimes, in which case they may call the accused for an apology. The finding will be included in the pre-investigative material collected by the Internal Affairs department in the context of criminal charges, which will be forwarded to the prosecutor, who will judge whether specific offenses are being committed and should call some of the police officers to testify without trial.

According to the report, in addition to the breach of duty, there appear to be indications of the crime of omission that led to a risk of life.
