As Mr. Bouras told SKAI 100.3 radio, the group of students he received in his office requested the cancellation of the penalties imposed on those who took part in the occupation and related to their exclusion from the June examination
Locked in his office, he remained for at least 5 hours Rector of the University of Patras, Christos Bourasby students, who even guarded his car so that he could not leave the Institution.
As he said in SKAI radio 100.3 Mr. Bouras, the group of students he received in his office, requested the cancellation of the penalties imposed on those who participated in the occupation and related to their exclusion from the June exam.
When he told them that he respects the counties and the Constitution they locked him in the office and even though he informed everyone and the police he remained locked up for 5 hours and the police did nothing.
“These were done during the junta by the Asphalites”, said the Rector
“Such actions insult the Public University” he added and asked all the parties to take a stand pointing out “I am sorry that the political system is guiltily silent”.
