The new round of pre-investigative investigations will target the educational community
After the pan-Hellenic uproar caused by the news about drug trafficking in a school complex in Patras with “dealers” and even minor students, the competent Prosecutor’s Office intervened by ordering a preliminary examination.
According to secure information of “Gnomi” a public prosecutor of Patras with a written order requests from the Sub-Directorate of Security of Patras to investigate the case in depth and, above all, to determine whether responsibilities arise in specific personssuch as the directors of the three co-located school units as well as the school guard.
And this because, according to the material of the case file and what has been seen in the light of the public, the trafficking of narcotic substances with the base of the school took place for a long time and in fact – it seems – under the… noses of the teachers!
It is surprising that the professors had not noticed the slightest when there were evidences even… in plain sight!
It is characteristic that the inscription of the “price list” for the sale of narcotics on a wall of the school complex (photo), as well as that one of the kavatzes used by the defendants was located inside the school complex!
The above facts that the Police made public by sharing the relevant photos, as well as the fact that within two months 67 purchases and sales had taken place, caused the intervention of the Prosecutor of Patras, who with his order to the Security asks to shed “light” on case.
The new cycle of preliminary investigations will target the educational community, who will be invited to give statements and it will be investigated whether the authorities had done everything that is foreseen to “shield” the complex.
