With the formation of a case against five people, the months-long investigation of the Prosecution of Extortionists of Thessaloniki ended, regarding a complaint of a twenty-five-year-old musician for a pink video, in which he appears and which was allegedly circulated on social media, resulting in public harassment.
According to the Hellenic Police, the case file – which will be forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office – includes a 31-year-old woman and four men, including two twenty-three-year-olds, a twenty-six-year-old and a twenty-seven-year-old.
The offenses are linked to breach of personal data, attempted extortion, defamation and breach of confidentiality of communications.
Following the alleged leak of the pink video, at the beginning of last February, the traces of the musician had disappeared and he had expressed through internet posts his intention to end his life while denouncing the existence of a circuit, which, according to him, is behind the case.
Five days after his disappearance, he was located by a special police team, which had been set up for this purpose and was transported for treatment.
The musician has been living in Germany lately.
