The four recipes you need for this weekend

Every weekend you hesitate between doing absolutely nothing and just wandering lazily around the house and doing what you did not catch during the week.

To go out, to see your friends, to read, to watch movies, to clean the house, to cook.

So if this is one of the weekends where you feel you have inspiration and mood to experiment with new recipes here you will see our favorites.

Rice smoothie with peanut butter

What you will need (for 2-3 glasses):

200 grams of basmati rice, boiled
250 grams of rice milk
100 grams of peanut butter
50 grams of raisins blonde
1 tablespoon cinnamon
a little nutmeg
some ice
cinnamon (for serving, optional)

How to make it:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat for about 1 minute until smooth. Remove the mixture from the blender and divide it into glasses. Sprinkle with raisins and cinnamon if desired.

Delicious and crunchy mince pies

Materials:

1/2 kilo of ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1 grated carrot
1 leek (white part only)
1/2 glass of white wine wine
200 grams of crushed tomatoes 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
Salt Pepper
3 grains of allspice
olive oil
200 grams of grated gruyere
1/2 packet of crust sheet
black sesame

Implementation:

In a saucepan sauté the minced meat in a little olive oil. Add the chopped onion, leek, carrot and garlic. Once sauteed, quench with wine. Add the tomato paste, the concave and a little water. Continue with the spices. Lower the temperature to half the volume and let it simmer until the liquids are saved. When it is ready, let it cool completely and add the gruyere. Open the crust sheets and cut them into strips about the size of a palm. Brush the leaf with a little olive oil and add a tablespoon of minced meat. Close in a roll or triangle on two sheets. Brush the surface with a little olive oil and add sesame seeds. Bake in oil paste in a preheated oven at 200 degrees in the air until they get a nice color!

Savory muffin with tuna

Materials:

500 grams of flour for all uses
200 grams of Geisha tuna in water
1 bunch of fresh dill chopped
150 grams of grated pecorino
3 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup milk
50 grams of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
Salt Pepper
butter and flour for molds

Implementation:

In a bowl, whisk the eggs together with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Add the oil and mix. Add the Geisha tuna, dill, pecorino, sun-dried tomatoes and mix. In another bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder and gradually add them to the mixture, stirring. Butter the molds and fill them to 2/3. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Chamomile with ginger and spices

What you will need for 2 cups:

2 cups water
1 sachet of chamomile
1 cinnamon stick
a piece of ginger
3 cloves cloves
2 tablespoons squeezed lemon

How to make it:

Put the two cups of water, cinnamon and cloves in a small saucepan, stirring over medium heat. When it starts to boil, remove it from the stove. Remove the cinnamon and cloves and add the chamomile and ginger. Leave them there for 8-10 minutes with the lid closed.

Remove the chamomile and ginger and add the honey and lemon juice. Stir over medium heat until the honey is completely dissolved. Divide the drink into two cups and enjoy!
