Request for representation of rape submitted by Petros Filippidis’s lawyer, Michalis Dimitrakopoulos, during the trial, where the examination continues of the witness – behind closed doors – who accuses the well-known actor of continuing rape in 2008, while he insists on denying the allegations.
As his lawyer stated, the complainant has fallen into several contradictions and in this context the representation was requested.
He himself stated that for the representation of the complained act, instead of the complainant who according to Mr. Dimitrakopoulos disagrees with such a development, he could to assist a female lawyer, accomplice of the defendant’s defenders.
According to Mr. Dimitrakopoulos, the court has adjourned the hearing in order to decide on the request.
It is also noted that the ΣΕΗ decided the final removal of Petros Filippidis from the Association.
