The Conclusion will be discussed in the Plenary on Friday, October 21, 2022

It was delivered to the President of the Hellenic Parliament Mr. Konstantinos Tassoulas the Finding of the Commission of Inquiry, the work of which was completed today.

The Conclusion, which has been classified as confidential, was submitted to the President of the Parliament by the members of the Board of Examiners, the President Mr. Ioannis Kefalogiannis, the Vice-President Mrs. Anna Mani-Papadimitriou and the Secretary Mr. Efstathios Konstantinidis.

Immediately after, his submission was announced to the Plenary of the Parliament and made available to the MPs in order to be informed by the Special Secretariat of the President of the Parliament.

The Conclusion will be discussed in the Plenary on Friday 21 October 2022.

The Inquiry Committee was established in accordance with the decision of the Plenary of the Parliament of August 29, 2022, which accepted the proposal of the Parliamentary Group of the Change Movement of August 22, 2022, for the establishment, according to articles 68 par. 2 sec. 3 of the Constitution and 144 par. 5 sec. b’ of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, Investigative Committee with the object of examining the case of violation of the confidentiality of the communications of the President of PASOK-KINAL and MEP Mr. Nikos Androulakis by the National Intelligence Service (EIS) or by other natural or legal persons, the confirmed attempt to trap his mobile phone with the malicious predator software, the illegal use of it in Greek territory and the existence of responsibilities of the Prime Minister Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis and any other natural or legal person involved.
