Ms. Syregela analyzed the priorities reflected in the Budget and which bear a social sign with the aim of strengthening particularly vulnerable citizens, families and young people: “Sensitivity for the demographic issue does not belong to any faction. It concerns all of us. And many of the actions proposed at the 2018 cross-party committee are already being implemented.”
In addition, he underlined tthe inclusion of the new Ministry of Social Cohesion and Welfare in the Budget as proof of the social policy practiced by New Democracy in practice.
Finally, the MP referred to the drop in female unemployment from 21.6% in September 2019 to 12.4% in September 2023.
