Once again the red line of obscenity has been crossed, government spokesman Pavlos Marinakis says in his announcement
The government representative categorically denies today’s publication of the “Estia” newspaper Pavlos Marinakisspeaking of a publication “full of obscene lies” and “dictated fantasies” that do not hesitate to target the prime minister’s wife.
In particular, the publication of Hestia reports that there was an SMS from Marevas Grabovski to Vangelis Marinakis, asking him to “find it, listen to the ministers”.
In his announcement, the government spokesman says: “Once again the red line of obscenity has been crossed. The newspaper “Estia” did not hesitate to target the Prime Minister’s wife with a front page article full of obscene lies.
As can be seen from the official rebuttal of the editor of iefimerida.gr, Mr. Christos Raptis, what is reported in today’s paper of “Hestia” is dictated figments of imagination.
Having now exhausted every method they have employed, they are now turning, once again, against the wife of the Prime Minister, hoping to achieve their goal – which is none other than to topple the elected Prime Minister of the country, Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
They forget that they had attempted the same in the past, but in the end the truth shone through. They forget that lies have short legs. Unrepentant, they persist in mud, slander and even do not hesitate to follow again the most immoral tactic which is the targeting of wives and families.
Unfortunately for them and those behind them, the only casualty in this attempted character assassination is their personal credibility. Let’s not discuss journalistic ethics. They have already deleted this from their personal agenda.”
