A major issue facing Greek society was characterized by accuracy Kyriakos Velopoulosspeaking at the pre-order debate at Parliament.

The president of the Hellenic Solution accused the ND of having “a tendency to distort the facts”, stressing that “the “jungle” in which the Greek lives with the oligarchs is not treated with aspirin, which you continue to treat the problem”.

Commenting on the prologue of Kyriakos Mitsotakis, he said that “the prime minister mentioned that we have a high growth rate” but “he avoided saying that this rate is with loans”. “Next generations will pay for the development of Mr. Mitsotakis with 50 billion plus interest payments, debts,” he added.

Regarding the Greek Prime Minister’s letter to the President of the Commission, Kyriakos Velopoulos emphasized that “someone can approve it to a certain extent” but “domestic economic policy with foreign letters is not possible”. “It’s not Von der Leyen’s fault that we have expensive fuel, it’s your government’s fault,” he added.

The president of the Hellenic Solution reiterated his proposal to restore the crime of embezzlement to a felony from a misdemeanor, pointing out that “the fine does not solve the problem, but the prison prevents it.”

Kyriakos Velopoulos, addressing Kyriakos Mitsotakis, claimed that the president of SEB, Dimitris Papalexopoulos, stated in an interview that we do not have investments in Greece, “because we do not have justice and public administration” and that “in the minds of foreigners, the situation in Greece is hopeless.” This position of Mr. Velopoulos caused the strong reaction of Kyriakos Mitsotakis who asked him to bring him the relevant passage.

Afterwards, the president of the Hellenic Solution asked himself “how many years does the ND need to govern, to make the reforms he says from 2019”, pointing out at the same time that “Greece has taken a national and economic descent and the panic” is evident. “You have targeted me and the Greek Solution” ahead of the European elections, he noted and added that “you have made politics a mess”, leading “those who do not want to vote, to abstain”. Kyriakos Velopoulos repeated his proposal for a debate between political leaders.

“We are telling the Greeks, there is a solution to lower prices. “Blacken” them, June 9, to see the slice go to 5 euros and the oil to 6 euros. Only if you “blacken” them will they hunt the oligarchs, the capitalists, the plutocrats, otherwise they will caress them”, stressed the president of the Hellenic Solution.

Kyriakos Velopoulos harshly criticized the prime minister, saying that “he is with plutocracy and detests Karamanlitism. He is a child of Semitism, which leveled the homeland,” he argued.
