Pavlos Polakis appeared unrepentant for the fierce attack he launched in a broadcast on the secretary of the ND Maria Syregela.

“Put aside the “sexist attack by a Pole in Syringela” and ASK FOR A HUMBLE APOLOGY of the type “APOLOGY MIGHT NOT REPEAT” for the attempt you made yesterday to throw our uninsured fellow citizens out of the sixth prescription system!!!! » says the SYRIZAA MP in a new post on Facebook.

“GO BRAVO. I don’t take a word back from what I said yesterday to a member of parliament who – she didn’t even know the subject we were talking about as if IDIKA operates with gazettes and not with orders from the ministry and EOPYY – she kept talking over me while I was on the phone line so she wouldn’t be heard the DISRUPTION of the politics of the ND with the uninsured! NOT A WORD BACK, WE WILL PAY YOU THE PRICE YOUR UNLIMITED POLICY IS WORTH!!” he adds.

The secretary of the Political Committee of the New Democracy, Maria Syregela, made a statement, after the severe attack she received on a show by Pavlos Polakis. In the name of all women who receive or have heard similar insults, I call on my colleagues in the Greek Parliament, as well as the Rights and Equality sectors of both SYRIZA and all parties to take a clear position and raise our voices together against the “stubborn”, states among other things.

The removal of Pavlos Polakis from SYRIZA was requested by the government representative, Pavlos Marinakis, after the televised confrontation that the SYRIZA MP had with Maria Syregela.

Stefanos Kasselakis contacted Ms. Syregela by phone in order to apologize for Mr. Polakis, according to New Democracy sources.

Mr. Kasselakis’ apology was hypocritical, they emphasize, since a few minutes ago Mr. Polakis, with his new post, insisted on yesterday’s vulgar behavior.

“If Mr. Kasselakis really wants to do something, let him delete Mr. Polakisinstead of acting as his advocate over the phone on his behalf” conclude Piraeus circles.

SYRIZA’s response

From Koumoundourou confirm Stefanos Kasselakis’ phone call to Maria Syrengela, with SYRIZA sources adding that through the secretary of New Democracy, the president of SYRIZA asked Kyriakos Mitsotakis to officially take a position for the MP for Drama, Dimitris Kyriazidis, who had publicly questioned whether Stefanos Kasselakis should be described as “the president of SYRIZA”.
