Letter of support to the prisoner of Istanbul, Imamoglousent by the president of SYRIZA – MS, Socratesexpressing his strong protest against the unprecedented tooling of justice and the rule of law by the Turkish government in order to secure its political survival.

Honorable Mayor Imamoglou,
With great concern, we have learned in Greece the extremely worrying news of your arrest, but also over 100 other Turkish citizens, including many journalists.
SYRIZA – MS, as a progressive and democratic force, which supports the righteousness and protection of the rule of law, stands in solidarity with you, your family and the Turkish people, in the face of this new attempt by the Turkish government to achieve its political goals through its political goals, but through its political goals, through its political goals, other prisoners.
