1. Issue an announcement announcing that in the Super League 2 championship no PAE Iraklis participates, but PAE Triglia Halkidiki and
2. Let everyone know media including ERT3 and ERA SPORTS that it is prohibited in either television or radio broadcasts to mislead viewers and listeners with the false news that they are broadcasting and rebroadcasting matches of PAE Iraklis Thessaloniki, while in reality they are rebroadcasting matches of PAE Triglia Halkidiki.
Otherwise we tell you that on the one hand we will appeal to the civil courts with the procedure of precautionary measures to stop this deliberate deception and on the other hand to denounce anyone who allows this deliberate deception which is blatant violation of the regulations of the Ethics Committee of the EPO.
