There are 45 families of football players, formerly of Aris and PAS Ioannina, with the well-known case with Article 44, which the State then “forced” them to accept.
Unfortunately only two installments were paid and never since. There are 2.5 million euros left that have not been paid! Unfortunately there are children who have lost homes to bank auctions.
Mars is not responsible, the child was just playing with Mars at the time. The State is responsible. We know that the players were pressured and accepted the regulation, since the State became a guarantor, with a law that today we are talking about, is in force normally!.
We had a meeting two months ago with Mr. Avgenakis and he told us that he will look at the matter again, that we are right that the Law is in force, but so far there is no response!
