“The Panathinaikos Athletic Club announces the renewal of its cooperation with coach Eleni Capogiannis for the next two competitive seasons, for the women’s basketball department.
The coach of the “clover” will continue to sit on the club’s bench with the aim of once again keeping the department on track for the championship.
Eleni Kapoyiannis is the coach who brought Panathinaikos back to the titles, won the Greek Cup 2023 and will continue to strive for the team to win even more trophies.
In a statement on www.pao1908.com, Eleni Capoyannis said: “It is a special honor for me and I feel happy for the renewal of my collaboration with Panathinaikos for the next two years.
Those of us in the basketball section of Panathinaikos are fortunate to experience beautiful years with a team that claims and wins titles and a packed stadium in every game.
This condition that has been created in this department does not exist anywhere else in Greece and of course I wanted to be part of this family and leave my mark.
