On Tuesday, the OAKA administration “passes” its concession to KAE Panathinaikos

Another step towards the signatures for its concession exploitation of the closed OAKA in KAE Panathinaikos is expected to take place on Tuesday. As the management of the Olympic Facilities of the OAKA informs in a relevant announcement was set for the next Tuesday meeting of its Board of Directors, in which the only subject will be the final draft of the concession.

For this to happen, first, the green OEM had settled the debts it had for its use.

Today, between OAKA and KAE Panathinaikos, the Private Agreement for out-of-court settlement – recognition and settlement of the debt of KAE Panathinaikos to the “Athens Olympic Sports Center – Spyros Louis” was signed.

Debts of a total amount of €326,451 were settled, which related to the out-of-court settlement of a judicial dispute of past debts, as well as the use of the current period (2022-2023).

Following this and after a long period of discussions with KAE Panathinaikos, for the settlement of the individual issues and the details of the long-term Concession Agreement of the indoor gym “Nikos Galis” to it, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the legislative provision of the article 44 of Law 4934/2022, a meeting of the OAKA Board of Directors was scheduled for next Tuesday, May 2.

The sole topic of the meeting was the discussion of the final draft of the Concession Agreement, as it has now been formulated.
