Angeliki Kolitsopoulou became AEK’s winger on Wednesday. The Union announced on Wednesday the acquisition of the 23-year-old regional player for the next year, in order to strengthen the ends of the attack.
Kolitsopoulou competed in Peristeri last season.

“AEK is pleased to announce the start of its collaboration with Angeliki Kolitsopoulou. The 23-year-old (21/04/2000) regional player signed her contract and joins the club’s women’s polo team.
Aggeliki Kolitsopoulou started polo from the infrastructure departments of Ethnikos and in 2016 joined ANO Glyfada. With the Glyfada team in the first team, reaching third place in A1 (2017), but also in the infrastructure divisions, counting a Greek Young Women’s Championship (2019) and a Junior bronze medal (2017).
In 2019 he returned to the National Piraeus, to rejoin ANOG in 2020, adding a bronze (2021) and a silver medal in A1 (2022). Last season he wore the cap of Peristeri.
She is international with the small National teams, having a fourth place in the Pan-European Junior Championship (2017) in Novi Sad.
After the formalization of the agreement, Angeliki Kolitsopoulou said to aek.gr: “I am very happy to become a member of the AEK team. I thank the administration and the coaches for the trust they showed in me. On the one hand, I will do my best to achieve the goals we have set. I wish we have a good year with health.”
