The draws for Handball Premier and A1 women’s handball will be held on September 1, 2023 at the Olympic Museum of Thessaloniki.
Handball Premier
The Handball Premier will start on September 23, while before the start the Super Cup will be held between the champion AEK and the cup winner Olympiacos.
In the A’ phase, the 12 clubs will compete in 22 home and away matches and the teams that will occupy the 11th and 12th places will be relegated to the A2 group.
In the semi-finals, the clubs that occupied positions 1-4 continue and will compete crosswise (1-4, 2-3) in the two victories.
In the 3rd phase the winning teams of the semi-finals will play in the final and the title will be decided on the three wins.
All finals will be played in stadiums that will meet the requirements of European Cup final standards.
A1 Women
The A1 women’s handball will start on October 21, while before the start the Super Cup will be held between the champion PAOK and the cup winner Nea Ionia.
In the A’ phase the ten clubs will compete in 18 home and away matches and the teams that will occupy the ninth and tenth place will be relegated to A2 women.
In the semi-finals, the clubs that occupied positions 1-4 continue and will compete crosswise (1-4, 2-3) in the two victories.
In the 3rd phase the winning teams of the semi-finals will play in the final and the title will be decided on the three wins.
All finals will be played in stadiums that will meet the requirements of European Cup final standards.
