THE Wolves brings closer the… Dubai in Europe!
In particular, the team from Lithuania reached an important agreement for the basketball of our continent, as its home games in the Eurocup will be given in the fancy city of the Emirates, while its offices will also be there.
The newly formed Wolves, which was founded in June 2022 in Vilnius, participates in Group A of the Eurocup along with Besiktas, Cedevita Olympia, Hapoel Tel Aviv, Badalona, London Lions, Paris, Prometei, Venezia and Towers Hamburg. At the end of the bench is the former coach of Olympiakos, Kestoutis Kemzoura.
From there, it may be a deal with perspective. And this is because, the Euroleague is very seriously considering the possibility of cooperation with Dubai, since a few years ago the shareholders of the organization had met with prospective investors from the Emirates.
