We came close to the Atromitos goal in the first half, maybe we should have increased the pace of the ball to better manage the situation we were in. I think the way we dominated was the way it led to us winning a lot of set pieces which is where the 1-0 came from.

In the second half, Atromitos claimed more things, but we dominated and scored two goals that were disallowed for offside. It was a game that was under our control. In the last 4-5 minutes I had a concern because we didn’t manage some balls properly, we led the game into some situations that we shouldn’t have. Those balls that we shouldn’t lose kept me under pressure and a tension, me and my partners”.

On Ozdoev’s goals and his inclusion: “We are on a good path, it is normal that time works in our favor, it is normal to be in this situation. We have been together for two months, a short time, as long as it adapts to the team’s data, to expect more from the players. It’s positive that he scored, but it doesn’t matter if Ozdoev or someone else scores.”
