McKissick: “My mother had cancer and I couldn’t be there for her”

A new documentary series called “Overseas”coming in the next few days from the Euroleague!

It stars players from her teams who left their country for the sake of basketball, analyzing the difficulties faced by a professional at the top level.

Among the protagonists and Shaquille McKissick of Olympiakos, who talks about the period when his mother and sister were facing serious health problems, and he could not be by their side.

“When my mother had breast cancer, I wasn’t able to be there. When my sister had lupus, I couldn’t be there. When you’re a professional basketball player and you have to move to Europe or leave your country, there’s a lot you go through, but I’m definitely blessed.”he said characteristically.

The series trailer also features Kyle Hines of Armani Milano and Donatas Motiegiounas of Monaco.
