The premiere of Stefanos Tsitsipas was impressive at the Mifel Tennis Open, where he is called upon to defend the title he won last season.
The Greek tennis player managed to win in 64 minutes with a 2-0 set (6-3, 6-0) of Aleksandar Vukic, conceding just 3 games in the game.
The 25-year-old athlete finished the game with 11 aces, won 76% of the points behind the first serve (22/29), 68% on the second (13/19), erased all 3 break-points of his opponent.
The world No. 11 left no room for Vukic, who he managed to “break” a total of four times and reach a comfortable victory and qualify for the quarterfinals of Los Campos.
There he will face American Aleksandar Kovacevic, who earlier beat Australia’s Rinky Hichikata 6-3, 4-6, 6-4.
