Another incident of violence occurred in Germany during Euro 2024…
After yesterdays arrests of 67 Italy fans who were in possession of knives and other sharp objects, trying to get in touch with Albanians, two more came today to damage the image of the pan-European championship, but also to seriously trouble the authorities.
Earlier today, in Hamburg, a man approached the thousands of Dutch fans in the fan zone for the match against Poland, holding explosive device, but also an axe! As soon as he was noticed by the police, they opened fire on him, hitting him four times in the leg…
Shortly afterwards, in Gelsenkirchen, there were large-scale incidents between Albanians Serbian and English fans.
Specifically, according to German reports, Albanian hooligans set up ambushes and surprise attack on Serbian and English fans, who reacted immediately with throwing glass bottlestables and chairs, but also other items they found in local shops.

The local police immediately intervened, as more than 50 police officers were at the scene, along with cages, suppressing riots and isolating Serbian fans for safety. As broadcast by the British “Sky Sports”, the English fans are not responsible for what happened, as, like the Serbians, they were in for a surprise while sitting in the beer halls.
